Roast Vegetables

With frenzied painting of aubergines and red peppers during one of my still life painting phases we had a glut of these delicious vegetables in the larder. So we ate a lot of roast vegetables, with ciabbatta and red wine. It was a time of good company, feasting and contentment and if you too would like to share this delicious meal, click here.

Ginger bread Men

This is the recipe I have used for making gingerbread men for all my children and nephews. It is dead easy and a huge hit with them - they love to decorate them and then there is the added bonus of being able to eat their creations, which is more than I can say about mine.
